The Chronicler publishes the Hartwood newsletter. She's the one that officers are SUPPOSED to send their reports to for publication. People can also send in articles, pictures, or anything else of a medieval nature that would be of interest to the populace.

He makes it harder for you to kill or seriously hurt yourself on the field by making sure that newcomers (and oldtimers) are aware and adhere to the rules and regulations of SCA combat. Also in charge of fighting and archery training and practice.
